By downloading, installing, or using Pomo+ (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pomo+ on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Service Content

After activating a paid subscription, you will have continuous access to all premium features of Pomo+ during the subscription period.

3.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Auto-renewable subscriptions provide automatic renewal of your premium service. By activating an auto-renewable subscription, you authorize Pomo+ to charge your Apple ID account for the next billing cycle’s subscription fee when your current subscription is about to expire. The charge will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You need to ensure your account has sufficient funds for the automatic renewal. You will be responsible for any consequences resulting from insufficient funds in your account.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We cannot directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

Pomo+ reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms of Service.
